  • Files & Documents (optional): If you upload files, we process them solely to deliver requested features (e.g., document summaries).

AI-Powered Features

Some features in Pathway Navigator are powered by artificial intelligence (AI), including large language models (LLMs). These models help generate summaries, personalized recommendations, and interactive guidance. All data sent to these systems is handled securely and is not used to train third-party models.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve Pathway Navigator.
  • Personalize guidance and generate tailored recommendations.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and opportunities to co-create.
  • Maintain platform security, fraud prevention, and compliance.

File Retention

Uploaded documents are processed in-memory or temporarily stored in secure cloud storage for the duration of analysis. Files are automatically deleted after processing unless explicitly saved for ongoing use. You may request deletion at any time.

Feedback and Co-Design Comments

Users may leave comments or suggestions to improve the app. These inputs may be reviewed by our team and used to shape future platform improvements. Feedback is never shared externally without consent.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

  • Service Providers (e.g., cloud hosting, logging/analytics) under strict confidentiality.
  • Partners You Authorize (e.g., when you opt to share a plan/referral).
  • Legal/Compliance when required by law, to protect rights, safety, or security.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, and AI processing, including but not limited to:

  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Supabase (database)
  • OpenAI (language models)
  • Resend (email services)

All providers comply with industry security standards and data protection regulations.

Data Storage & Security

We use secure, encrypted cloud services and limit access to authorized personnel. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method is 100% secure.

  • Access/update your info in account settings.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

Children & Youth

Pathway Navigator may be used by youth (including under 13) with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian or an authorized agency representative. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable consent as required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided information without proper consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Compliance & Jurisdiction

We aim to comply with applicable privacy regulations including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and FERPA when working with agency or educational partners. This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States.
