2) Accounts

Minors may only create accounts with adult supervision or agency facilitation.

3) Beta Disclaimer

4) User Data & Permissions

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us permission to process your data solely to deliver and improve the service, including personalization, support, and security.

AI Processing:

• AI-powered services may analyze your content and inputs to provide personalized results.
• Uploaded files (e.g., PDFs, DOCX, email content) are processed temporarily and are not used for model training unless expressly stated.
• By using these features, you grant permission for our models to analyze your content for the sole purpose of enhancing your experience.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to copy the platform's functionality.
Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or other users' access.
Use the service for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.
Attempt to manipulate, coerce, or exploit AI output in ways that compromise the platform or its users.
Misrepresent your identity in co-design features or feedback systems.

6) Intellectual Property

All platform software, models, designs, and content (excluding your content) are owned by AIEYU, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

AI-Generated Content: Output generated through AI features (e.g., summaries, plans) is provided for your personal or organizational use. You may not use such outputs to replicate or compete with Pathway Navigator.

7) Limitation of Liability

Pathway Navigator is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Data deletion is available upon request, subject to legal obligations.
